G’Day, First up many thanks for the warm and informative welcome when I had the chance to visit your operations. Really was impressive to see the attention to detail, testing and quality of construction you guys place on your product. Certainly convinced me you knew what you were on about and I was making the right choice in buying from you. Have now installed the MCCruise to my 01 BMW R1150RT and am very happy with the outcome. Installation instructions were thorough covering all steps sufficiently enough to walk me through the process. I didn’t rush things, allowing myself a weekend (supported by another of your customers) for the install and testing. Things went to plan with no real surprises and no questions or issues which were not covered sufficiently in the supplied documentation. The size of the support documentation was a bit daunting but having now installed the components I can see why you have chosen to provide the step by step approach as it really does make it a lot easier. Congratulations on the amount and quality of information you do supply. I have a 90 km round trip to work each day encountering several speed zones and these days there are more and more patrol cars along the route to keep me honest. Though still getting used to the cruise the interface is intuitive and pretty easy to apply, alter, disengage and reengage. I can set or alter desired speeds easily and it remains pretty stable. I can concentrate on the ride rather than constant review of the speedo and concern over speed cameras. As an added bonus I find the illuminated control buttons provide just enough light to support the original bike controls without being too bright or distracting. Look pretty neat too. I have not altered the pre configured setting yet and will allow myself some more time and a few longer touring trips to get used to the unit and how it behaves before I consider any fine tuning.
